This event took place outside at the client’s home. A tent was set up on site for the guests (in case of rain), as well, a kitchen tent was set up out of site, yet easily accessable for my staff and I to utilize.

A Multi-course private dinner for 30 Guests.
At this event, my staff and I created the majority of the menu on location at the client’s home. This was a rather lengthy dinner yet one we will all remember. The only thing our client and guests had to do was to enjoy the evening… the rest was left to us. |

Tapas Style
This menu was a buffet dinner for 200 guests at a private lakefront estate. The idea was to make it a casual, self serve (buffet style) dinner yet an evening filled with great food and drink with a touch of class.
