Steven Wisniewski is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, of Hyde Park New York.  He has gained education and experience through  all aspects of the restaurant industry over a period of seventeen years. Steven has studied and worked in cities around the globe from Seattle, WA to Manhattan, New York, to Strassburg, France. His creation of Dockside Catering has been a goal of his for many years and now offers his catering services to you.
